A limit of 20 votes per mobile number per <span class="il">soapie</span> applies. It will be a night of glamour, entertainment and celebration."</span><br /><br /><span style="color: #222222;">Durban ICC Chief Executive Officer Julie-May Ellingson says the venue is ready to host the show. “The Durban ICC is synonymous with the best in class events and we will roll-out the red carpet and the best infrastructure our venue has to offer.”</span><br /><br /><span style="color: #222222;">The awards will be broadcast on SABC 1 for all the fans at home.</span><br /><br /><span style="color: #222222;">“We are in the process of finalising our negotiations for next years event and we are confident we will strike a win-win deal for all," said SABC TV general manager Leo Manne.</span><br /><br /><span style="color: #222222;">The second announcement of finalists in the acting categories will be made on 23 October and voting lines for the Most Popular </span><span class="il" style="color: #222222;">Soapie</span><span style="color: #222222;">opens on 2 November. </span><br /><br /><span style="color: #222222;">A date for the opening of ticket sales for the event will be announced in the near future.</span></span>
