<span style="font-family: inherit;">LA-based enigmatic singer, producer, and songwriter <b>ROY ENGLISH</b> has released his new single entitled “<a href="http://www.theroyenglish.com/t/julianne" style="color: #1155cc;" target="_blank">Julianne</a>” for free download, which <a href="http://%25e2%2580%259cjulianne%25e2%2580%259d%20feels%20like%20pure%20pop%20filtered%20through%202015%25e2%2580%2599s%20old-is-new-again%20lenses./" style="color: #1155cc;" target="_blank">Pigeons & Planes</a> calls “pure pop filtered through 2015’s old-is-new-again lenses.” This will be the first track in a series of single releases over the course of spring and summer of 2015. Roy English has collaborated behind the scenes alongside some of the most prolific producers in the music industry such as Jeff Bhasker (Kanye West, Fun.), Teddy Riley (Michael Jackson, Blackstreet), Rick Nowels (Lana Del Rey, Madonna), S1 (Beyonce, Watch the Throne), and several others. His time spent behind the scenes honing his skills as a songwriter and producer aided him in creating a precise vision for his own work.</span></div>

I grew up, all along countless miles of American highway.” The upcoming single series was yielded primarily from a month-long stay in Chicago, starting with the funky and melodic “Julianne.” The collection was produced with the help of Chicago’s own Stefan Ponce (Childish Gambino, Chance the Rapper) and Roc Nation artist/producer Sunni Colon. Roy cites the sounds of Chicago itself as the inspiration for the music, choosing to spend his time there with friends, allowing the music to “write itself.”</span></div>

The tour will consist of a debut set at the Cape Town Electronic Music Festival (CTEMF) on Friday, February 6th at the emblematic Cape Town Town Hall and two fundraising shows in Johannesburg. Loco<span style="font-family: inherit;"> Dice will also be hosting a workshop in Cape Town in the township of Gugulethu. The second show will be held on Saturday, February 7th, at Truth, where he will be playing alongside <b>Anja Schneider </b>(Mobilee)<b> </b>and some of South Africa´s most promising artists like <b>Culoe de Song</b>, <b>Ryan Murgatroyd, Jazzuelle</b> and <b>Trancemicsoul</b>. On Sunday February 8<sup>th</sup>, Soweto’s Zone 6 will be the venue for the third show, a special night supported by local icons <b>Black Coffee</b> and <b>DJ Shimza</b> with the participation of local icons <b>Vinny Da Vinci</b>, <b>Jullian Gomes</b> and <b>Da Capo</b>. Loco Dice will host a special workshop at the Kliptown Youth Centre, located in the heart of Soweto.<u></u><u></u></span></div>

<span style="font-family: inherit;">Bridges for Music have been raising money to build a music and multimedia school in the township of Langa, Cape Town with the goal of empowering the community through music. The non-profit organisation’s main goal for 2015 is to ensure the music school is sustainable over the next three years by securing additional funding. The school aims to become a creative hub where these young, talented individuals are able to pursue their dreams and develop skills, through a shared passion for music. The aim is also for the school to become a landmark in the community of Langa.<u></u><u></u></span></div>

Most notably a highly successful charity cycle in 2014 organised by Resident Advisor from London to Amsterdam (during ADE) raised over £100,000 (R1,8m) with the support of over 2,800 donors and the sponsors of the cycle (Native Instruments, ADE, Pioneer DJ and SONOS). Thirty riders in total were able to take part in the challenge thanks to Resident Advisor who covered the costs of the cycle to enable 100% of the donations to go to the Langa music and multimedia school.<u></u><u></u></span></div>

<b>Berlin, 14<sup>th</sup> January 2015 - An innovative, bold idea,
and quite the challenge. German producer, DJ and label owner Dennis Sheperd
likes to set himself new goals. Before February 9<sup>th</sup>, his
crowdfunding project on Pledge Music has to collect a funding of 8.000 Euro, or
the release of his ‘Fight Your Fears’ album will be cancelled. With 25% of the
goal reached, it’s going to be an exciting few weeks for the trance DJ. </b></div>

Best known for his ‘Fallen Angel’ & ‘Edge Of The World’ original, as
well as collaborations with Markus Schulz, Rank 1, tyDi and many more, Dennis
Sheperd has quickly left the rising star title behind him. In 2014, he set up
his very own A Tribute To Life label, named after his successful first artist
album and monthly radio show. As if running your own label isn’t demanding
enough, Sheperd also set himself the goal to release the very first crowdfunded
Trance album ever: his second artist album ‘Fight Your Fears’. Planning to
release it on A Tribute To Life and financing it on his own, Sheperd needs help
to pay the vocalists (may have been pre-financed already), designer of the
artwork, mastering engineer and the actual production costs of the physical CD. </div>

Dennis:” A big part of that 8.000 Euro will go to PR & Marketing – you have
to get your album out there. If I don’t reach that goal, I’ll cancel the album release
and all funders will get their money back. However, I prefer to think positive.
So many people have funded this project already, and enjoy exclusive previews
and updates. That’s the main reason I wanted to do this, to get my fans
involved and to be able to offer them exclusive stuff, such as a studio
session, tour around Berlin and booklet mention. I need the support of people
to realize that dream.”  </div>
