in 2012, world renowned DJs Markus Schulz and Ferry Corsten put their heads
together to form a new joint venture—New World Punx. What started out as a
spontaneous 8 hour back-to-back set at Godskitchen UK<span class="msoIns"><ins cite="mailto:Luke%20Eastman" datetime="2014-09-22T11:27">,</ins></span> when
both artists were billed on the same night, has since seen the pair become one
of the most exciting and refreshing acts in dance music today. With debut sets
on some of the world’s biggest stages, including Madison Square Garden, EDC New
York, Ultra Music Festival and Tomorrowland to name a few, the pair have fast

this year’s annual Amsterdam Dance Event, New World Punx will be revealing some

while also nurturing individual solo careers, the pair will lead a wide-ranging
discussion highlighting the perks and pitfalls of working in the music
industry, encompassing all aspects of career management. Joined by heavy
hitters from all sides of the industry, from artist to management, agent and
publicist, every side will be covered to create a truly thought-provoking and

<span style="font-family: inherit;">Refune Records began in 2003, created by the now former Swedish House Mafia DJ and producer, Sebastian Ingrosso. The label has so far seen 47 strong releases from some of the worlds most prestigious artists such as Steve Angello, Alesso, Otto Knows, Dirty South, Laidback Luke as well as Ingrosso himself. With the success of the label the business grew to include a publishing and management arm with its most notable clients including Alesso and Otto Knows. </span></div>

Kris Trindl, better known as Rain Man from the tri Krewella, is suing the Yousaf sisters Jahan and Yasmine $5 million for pushing him out of the group. Yasmine and Jahan posted on the following note on the Krewella tumblr.</div>

However, no formal press release has been issued from the girls end. Kris claims he was pushed out of the group for being sober. "From March of 2012 until March of 2013, it was non-stop music, good times and partying for the members of Krewella, and the money started rolling in," says the lawsuit. "Kris and the Yousaf sisters were public about their drinking and partying, posting on the Internet video dispatches from the road that only served to stoke their popularity with an ever-growing worldwide fan base."</div>

First off, it was an opportunity we created ourselves which is always sweeter than something handed over. We reached out to the Crystal Fighters in August after hearing their new single "Love Alight", just on a whim to see if we could get something going with them. To our surprise, the band responded in less than an hour saying they had checked out our music and loved it, and sent over the stems for us to remix their single. Why is this cool? Well they are a global touring festival act, and we are.....well...let's just say not quite there yet haha. </span></div>
