Bonbon was first released in December of 2015 through Nesër's Youtube and quickly become a favourite racking up +30 million views. The video might have played a big part in getting Era noticed. It saw Istrefi showing off her killer dance moves on an idyllic snow-covered road in Brezovica, Kosovo wrapped up in a green parka jacket with bright pink fur (swoon) and makeup on fleek.
