Midrand. BMW Motorrad, the motorcycle division of the BMW Group, presents Pure & Crafted SA on 26th and 27th November at Ground in Muldersdrift where preparations are well underway. In fact, we’re literally breaking ground as installations are finalised, including a large concrete slab designed specifically for the festival’s live motorcycle stunts.
Joburg’s freshest festival is set to be two days of new heritage across music, artisanal food, craft beers, gins, wines, cocktails and one-of-a-kind motorcycling experiences. Pure & Crafted SA is proudly open to the whole family, with enough entertainment to keep everyone happy. We'll have a dedicated kids' area so the little ones are kept busy and entertained with a parachute rocket, sand art, kiddies’ tables, mechanical bull, face painting, spray tattoo artists, push bikes and loads more. Kids under 16 get in free.
For the motorcycle enthusiasts, fans young and old, riders and non-riders alike, immerse yourself in biking culture. There’ll be; BMW GS Trophy team displays and daily stunt shows by stunt-rider, Big Jim; scenic outrides, off-road trails with team South Africa, winners of the International GS Trophy 2016 and new and vintage motorcycle displays. Pure & Crafted SA welcomes all riders of any brand of motorcycle to enjoy the weekend.
We invite all motorcyclists of any brand to ride to Pure & Crafted SA. On both Saturday and Sunday, we will be providing a meeting point where you and friends (holding Pure & Crafted SA tickets), can ride out for complimentary barista coffee and confectionaries. The offer will be available on Saturday and Sunday and you’re welcome anytime. The two meeting points are open from 09:00am–11:00am on both mornings. Join us at Doppio Zero Southdowns or Total Oostermoed (more details and directions at www.PureAndCrafted.co.za).
Other activities include live tattooing and barbering. Fallen Heroes is the festival’s official tattoo partner; pre-book to have your tattoos done by emailing pureandcrafted@fallenheroes.co.za. Simply drop by the Freedom Hair stand to get a trim and shave.
A highlight will certainly be the incredible all-local line-up playing across three stages. Look forward to live performances from; Mi Casa, Prime Circle, The Parlotones, Rubber Duc, Goodluck, The Rocketeers, Bad Peter, Sutherland, Eva Morgan, The Oompah Band, Dean Fuel, Michael Lesar and many more.
Whatever your vibe, you’ll find it at Pure & Crafted SA.
