These international acts that will be gracing the stage courtesy of Romero’s record label, Protocol Records, will also be dropping some pounding electronic beats to keep the crowd in the party mood after our local DJs have them nicely warmed up.

Volt & State will hit Shimmy Beach's mainstage at 19:30 with Arno Cost following at 21:00, and these two exciting acts lead into none other than Mr. Protocol Records himself, Nicky Romero!

Volt & State is the Dutch production duo that has captivated dance music lovers across the globe with their enthralling and emphatic sound. Martjin Kouwen (Martin Volt) and Quirljin Smits (Quintin State) joined forces after they crossed paths online and were drawn together by their mutual love for music and production.

Marking their territory as one of the most electrifying names on the dance music scene today, Volt & State have spun at Tomorrowland, reached almost 1 million plays on Spotify with their remix of Orjan Nilsen’s ‘Apart’, and had their massive track ‘Rush’ premiered by Romero at Ultra Miami.

In a short period of time, this duo has demonstrated their astounding talent through the consecutive quality of their releases on some the world's most prominent labels, including Spinnin’, Protocol, Revealed and Armada.

Since 2006, French producer and DJ Arno Cost has moved up the ranks to claim his position as one the finest French house talents within the scene.

With releases across a variety of high profile record labels, Cost has developed his ‘When In Paris’ brand and has already launched a bi-weekly radio show designed to push and preserve Parisian sound.

This incredible international lineup will be supported by the finest of our homegrown talent including Strange Loving, Euphonik, Fresh, Dean FUEL, Chris Taylor, and Timo ODV.
