Tale Of Us X Bridges For Music Tour In South Africa

TALE OF US BRIDGES FOR MUSIC TOUR  SOUTH AFRICA

In February 2015 Tale of Us embarked on a tour in South Africa with non profit organisation Bridges for Music to help raise money for a music school to be built in the township of Langa (Cape Town). The tour consisted of educational workshops in the townships (slums) and two fundraising shows in partnership with TOY TOY (Johannesburg) and KINKY DISCO (Cape Town).

In a recent interview with Instagram Music Tale Of Us said:

“Cape Town was clearly one of the most amazing places we’ve been to. The city itself and everything around is incredible, a mix of Europe and Africa that you can’t find anywhere else. We had no idea house music was such a huge thing there. In the townships, every kid wanted to be a DJ, so it felt very natural to do our best to help them fulfill their dreams.”
