Eric Leed & Audinary On EP OUT NOW on Proton Music's Smart Phenomena Records
Eric Leed & Audinary On EP
Eric Leed and Audinary were brought together through Tommie Sunshine's Brooklyn Fire Records - where they were both featured individually on Fire House 4, a mini compilation focused on featuring up and coming talent. Despite being on opposite sides of the world they bonded over their shared love of electronic music and in particular, progressive house music. After discussing how they felt that progressive house music as a genre had gone away from what they knew and loved they decided to do something about it and that was the birth of a new partnership.
The Grass is Greener, the lead track on the EP incorporates everything they both love in progressive music, dark and gritty leads with dramatic highs and tension building lows. A track that just builds and builds - putting the progressive back into progressive house.
The Otherside brings some of the bigger leads that have become more familiar in progressive house these days but they wanted to make sure they kept their own twist on it. The Otherside keeps that grittier edge and with a surprising drop that brings something new and fresh to the genre.
