Carl Hanaghan returns to Zulu Records with Strings Of Life
Tried and tested at the Miami WMC, Carl Hanaghan returns to deliver his fourth track to date on Zulu Records. This time he’s taken the 1987 Rhythim Is Rhythimhouse classic, ‘Strings Of Life’, and brought it bang up to date with a cover that’s fit for the dancefloor of 2014, and with support coming in from the likes of Robbie Rivera on his radio show, Cedric Gervais, Etienne Ozborne, Sonny Wharton, Kryder, My Digital Enemy, Federico Scavo and Freemasons, it looks like he’s well and truly nailed it.
Known on the Zulu imprint for several previous releases – ‘Together’ with Ted Nilsson and both ‘We Are One’ and ‘Drum Warrior’ with My Digital Enemy – Carl’s got some serious production skills and his version of Strings Of Life just screams to be played on a beach and in the sun. One that you’ll be hearing a lot more of this Summer on ‘The White Isle’? We reckon it’s a dead cert!
Strings Of Life is available now on Beatport:
