Style Of Eye & Soso - Kids

If there's ever been a more relevant condemnation of the rife internet hipsterdom that has plagued so many Twitter feeds and Instagram pages over the past few years, it has to be this unsuspecting output from Swedish producer, Style of Eye.  

It kicks off with a proggy build up, a relatively rare occurrence in most big room productions as of late, before launching into the more current electro sound for the chorus. Though leaning towards a somewhat forgettable attempt as an instrumental, the lyrics and vocals are what carry the song into pure anthemic territory. Easily making up the deficit with smart turns of phrase and vocal technique from the ever talented, Soso.

It's a radio ready, Internet age anthem, though whether it will gain traction on dance floors rests on the solid vocal performance being pried apart from its rather meek instrumental and being latched onto more hard hitting productions from the barrage of remixes that are hopefully soon to follow.
