Futuristic Polar Bears drop a 2013 tour video and a brand new mix to welcome in 2014
Kicking off 2014 in style at a sell-out show alongside BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard, the Futuristic Polar Bears had plenty to celebrate with 2013 being their biggest yet. They managed to clock up over 100,000 airmiles touring the world, releases on Pinkstar, Provoke, Perfecto and Strictly Rhythm, collaborations with East & Young and Antranig, and huge support from the likes of Hardwell, Tiesto and Steve Angello. Blimey.
Fast-forward just 17 days and 2014 already looks set to wipe the floor with 2013. An exclusive premiere of their new single by Hardwell live on his 150th show and their collaboration with Radio 1’s Danny Howard,Thundergod, is currently smashing the US Billboard Dance Chart at #34 – with a remix package from Carrillo Music featuring mixes by Pink Panda, Trevor Simpson and Carvelo on the way, there’s still life in this release yet – could it go all the way?!

Never mind a weekly, million listener-strong radio show, the Polar Bears want to whet your appetite for audio joy with a brand new mix for 2014. Going in hard from the very beginning with tracks from the likes of Michael Woods, Funkagenda Vs Don Diablo and Switchfoot, this is a taste of what you can expect from the Polar Bear sound when they hit the decks near you…
And if all that wasn’t enough, the Polar Bears have cobbled together ‘nuff footage from last year into a bitesize video digest for your viewing pleasure. Peep the video and then try and imagine how they’re going to top it in 2014, because we can guarantee – they will ;)
