For the latest Mixmash release, Wiwek joins forces with his fellow Dutchman Cesqeaux for the epic release that is 'Ritual'. Out 25th November 2013.
'Ritual' is a haunting, thudding beast of a track. The intro of tribal-like drums softens and is followed by electrifying keys building up to an explosive and euphoric crescendo before dropping into a funky bone rattling melody, guaranteed to make the whole dance floor shake.
Wiwek, formerly known as Oui'Wack is an up and coming DJ/Producer from Holland, best known for fusing his unique electronic style with tropical rhythms to create his very own sound.
His 'Jungle Wars EP' featured in Diplo, Fatboy Slim and Tocadisco's Beatport charts and received airplay on radio mixes from Tiesto, Roger Sanchez, Fedde Le Grand, Brodinski, Laidback Luke and more.
Cesqeaux is another one to watch. Also hailing from the Netherlands this DJ/ producer has made several tracks with electronic giants Yellow Claw including 'IBETCHU' and 'Make It Clap' while his remix of Chuckie vs Dzeko & Torres - Down To This was shared on Soundcloud by Chuckie himself.
