GANGS OF BALLET Reaches Nr. 1 On The SA iTunes Chart!

In less than 12 hours after its release for pre-order yesterday, GANGS OF BALLET's debut album - yes/no/grey. - went to #1 on the iTunes SA Album Sales Chart! Late last night at the band's official album press launch in Johannesburg, the band was excited to share with the audience that the album was then currently #2 on the chart. Soon after the launch, the album reached #1.

‘yes/no/grey.’ was recorded at Openroom Studios in Greenside, Johannesburg earlier this year and produced by Grammy Award winning producer,Darryl Torr. The album was mixed by Grammy Award winning engineer, Michael Brauer, who has worked with the likes of John Mayer, Florence and the Machine, The Kooks, Coldplay and many more, and mastered by Electric Lady Studios in New York City. The band describes the album as melodic and diverse with more in-depth musicianship. Their main focus with the album was to connect with listeners and the themes around the music revolves around life, love and questions.
